About Sylvans
All items in my shop are lovingly designed and sculpted in clay only by me. I take molds of these sculpts so that I can repeatedly pour each one in a stronger and more aesthetic material known as the brand Jesmonite. This in an eco-friendly, water based resin that has a weighty stone feel to it, similar to plaster or ceramic. The main colour of every item is usually achieved by pigmenting the Jesmonite and only small details I will paint on after and protect with a water based sealer.
Due to the nature of most mold poured items, small bubbles of air can get trapped in tight spaces. Although this is minimal please note you may receive an item with a few unobtrusive air bubbles.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Shipping Address -The shipping address will be taken from the PayPal record (PayPal checkout model). The address can be changed before we ship your orders. However, once we ship your orders, the shipping method or address can't be changed.

1. If there is a problem with your address and that caused the package to return, then you will be charged for the shipping cost if you require a refund.

2. Also, please note that all the personalized items need to be charged for 30% restocking fee if it is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address.
